Thank you for shopping with Davvn! Here's everything you need to know about how we get your order to you.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. During tour dates, product launches, or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer — if there's ever a significant delay, we'll notify you by email.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, including your tracking number(s).

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We ship worldwide! Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method — you'll see the exact cost before you complete your purchase.

Estimated delivery times (after processing) are as follows:

United States: 3–7 business days
Canada: 5–10 business days
International (Rest of World): 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates provided by our shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. If you haven't received tracking information within 10 business days of your order shipping confirmation, please contact us at davvnmusic@gmail.com.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Davvn is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after being marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or your building's front desk/mailroom
  2. Contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number
  3. Reach out to us at davvnmusic@gmail.com if you're still unable to locate your order

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can make it right.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at davvnmusic@gmail.com — we'll do our best to update it before it ships, but we can't guarantee changes once an order has entered processing.
